What Happened: Tom (from the USA) and Pr Carlos (from El Salvador)  traveled to Managua and did four trainings--P1,P2,P3,P4--in four days. People were participative and engaged, and several pastors are interested in becoming trainers.

Best Moment: Handing out the certificates to people who completed all four trainings was very exciting for everyone.

Biggest Challenge: The temperature inside the building with its tin roof felt like 100 degrees F (40 C). Even so, the people asked questions and made the training interactive. Tom and Pr Carlos did all of the teaching and are anxious for God to help them raise up more trainers.

What's Next: Tom and Pr Carlos will return in August and focus on "training trainers" who can help with the ministry.
