WHO WE ARE
The Divine Expedition is an international ministry led by Dr. Linus Morris, Pr. Phil Graf, and a growing international team linked to Global Training Network (GTN). After years of working with church planting and training leaders in the United States and Europe, the Divine Expedition was designed to equip church planters, pastors and leaders to multiply movements that reach people for Christ, make disciples, develop leaders, and plant and strengthen churches (Mt 28: 16-20; 2 Tim 2: 2). This is done through interactive workshops, and a follow-up coaching process. The Divine Expedition is divided into four phases with each session rooted in Scripture—not only interpreted literally, historically, and grammatically, but also applied relationally, redemptively, and missionally. It is designed to engage the head, heart, and hands of participants and emphasize practical ministry tools that enhance leading others to Christ, strengthening disciples, raising up leaders, and multiplying and growing churches.

WHY WE DO?

Out of 7.3 billion people on planet earth, 6.3 billion live in the Majority World, which is the geographic area of Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Oceania.
80% Need Training
Today, at least 75% of the world’s Christians are non-Western, living in the Majority World. But 80% of Majority World pastors have no formal biblical training.
1 in 450,000
In the U.S. there is 1 trained pastor per 250 people. Around the world, there is 1 trained pastor per 450,000 people. GTN’s foremost goal is to change this reality.
